Return Process

  2. Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refunded amount will be the purchase price minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

  • Replacements: We do not offer direct replacements. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale

All sales are final after the 10-day return period. No exceptions will be made.
